- Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not happy with your online purchase from Mash Accessories or if you have changed your mind we will gladly accept exchange or returns for the full price of the item (excepting sale items). All products approved by Mash accessories should be unused, in the original condition which they were received in and should be returned to Mash Accessories within 10 days of receiving the item. Any item retuned after 10 days of delivery can only be exchanged via contacting us through email.
- How to return your item
Step 1: to return an item bought from website please contact the Mash accessories office via email@example.com within 10 days of receiving your order. In your email, please include your order or invoice number, product name, a reason for return and images if possible.
Step 2: a representative from Mash Accessories will then contact you, providing you with the outcome of the decision and an authorisation number if the return is accepted, along with shipping instructions to send the product back to Mash Accessories
Step 3: please make sure all returned products have their original tags, packaging and labels along with the original invoice sent with the order. The items should be returned in the original condition and should be unused.
Step 4: using shipping instructions provided please ship your return items back to Mash accessories within 10 days of receiving them. Upon receiving your item an assessment will be carried out on the return and pending the result of the assessment a return or credit note will be issued to you within 10 working days.
For change of mind all returns will be only issued with a credit note upon assessment by Mash Accessories and the return shipment will be paid by the customer.
Please note sale items are a final sale of merchandise, which cannot be returned or exchanged unless deemed faulty.
